Free Checkup:
Listed below are current free maintenece repairs we're offering for those items of work installed by our crews over the past years. These free services are not repairs extending to work because of normal wear and tear. Painting is not included. Call for a free survey at your home so we may schedule the work.

In the bath we'll re-seal the grout or granite surfaces and tighten hardware, towel bars, doors and other finish hardware. Re-fit any sticking doors.

In the kitchen we'll re-seal the grout or granite surfaces, re-align the door and drawer fronts. Re-tighten the finish hardware. Re-fit any sticking doors.

At the room addition we'll check all the doors and make sure they fit and re-tighten the hardware. If any molding is loose we'll re-nail and fill in the nail hole.

If we installed a garage door we'll lube the joints and piviot points.
- We'll provide free of charge a new filter grille for any of our HVAC installations and check the unit for freon levels. Freon re-fills are an additional cost.

With each week of work we'll deduct one day from the bill a $480.00 value !! and we'll clean the gutters around your house.

With a repair project over $10,000 we'll free of charge adjust the kitchen and bath hinges and catches with your hardware a $500.00 value and deduct a day of labor!!

For each repair project over $ 25,000. we'll install a built-in home vacuming system or a new demand water heater to your existing gas supply.
